You are invited to an evening of intentional gathering of mind, music, movement and spirit to celebrate the shedding of old skins as we ritualize our own disruption and renewal from within.

In this 3 hour release ceremony, we will guide, encourage and honor one another’s spiritual gifts via guided sound, spirit and somatic healing.

Our four main guides for the evening will hold the energetic scaffolding via their specific healing specialities including:

• Guided live music and meditation experience

• Guided tea ceremony and movement practice

• Guided EMDR and somatic tapping

• Guided hypnotic timeline jump

Collectively, we are on the precipice of great structural change to our society and culture that is causing much fear and sadness. It is easy to feel alone and hopeless to solve for such upheaval. Together, we will create a safe environment to tap into our deeper, more sensitive subtle bodies in a time that seems to encourage numbing and isolation and experience together the great generosity of the collective creative spirit.

6pm – doors open
6:30pm – official welcome
7pm to 10pm – closed ceremony begins with offerings: guided live music and meditation experience, tea ceremony and movement practice, EMDR and somatic tapping, and hypnotic timeline jump (please arrive by 7pm at the latest, we cannot accommodate latecomers)
10pm – open time for connection, reflection and rest
11:30pm – gong bath
midnight – say goodbye and go home
